Kimberly Yudt
Therapist, Associate Clinical Social Worker #81460 | Supervised by Pamela Ness, LCSW

Kimberly’s practice focuses on the healthy development and mental wellness of children, teens, young adults, and their families. Kimberly takes an integrative and collaborative approach to creating a safe environment for individuals to explore their innermost thoughts, emotions, and life challenges.  Kimberly gives thoughtful consideration to each person’s unique set of strengths and opportunities for growth when creating individually-tailored approach plans. She integrates traditional psychotherapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) while weaving in relatable and modern techniques. Kimberly’s approach creates room for individuals in various stages of the therapeutic process. Whether you’re eager to begin or hesitant about jumping in – Kimberly will match your pace. Kimberly’s experience ranges from supporting individuals through life transitional phases to managing symptoms of more complex mental health challenges related to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and more. Her goal is to provide each individual with the tools, skillset, and confidence necessary to lead happy and fulfilling lives.

Kimberly received her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in 2009 and went on to complete her master’s degree at the University of Southern California. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor excursions such as hiking, backpacking, and camping!
